Using Your Logs
Logs are always a great place to start when trying to get to the bottom of an issue. The Scalr interface allows quick access to the Scalr logs but sometimes it is necessary to look at logs directly from the instance.
When the Scalr agent fails or experiences issues when trying to execute a command, the output will be stored here.
Useful information can also be found via the Scalr Internal Messaging option under Actions on the Servers page.
NOTE that issues with services like MySQL, Percona, Tomcat, Apache, etc can be your related to your own configurations and are unrelated to Scalr. We will assist as much as possible but we do no directly support troubleshooting your configuration issues outside of Scalr.
