A couple of suggestions for the UI with multiple selections and actions.

* If a non-selected item is currently being viewed (in photo, id: 659), do not allow actions until either a selected item is viewed, or no item is being viewed. This should help prevent a disconnect where you are viewing the item, yet your action is not affecting that item.
* When you are viewing an item, have a popup next to the checkbox to tell you to select the item.
* Alternatively, when you view the item, perhaps it should auto-select it?

Hey Patrick, thanks for you suggestions here and in #5961 ("Task Scheduler Execution").

As I might have mentioned a bit earlier, there's obviously a bit of work to do around making those UIs consistent and providing a better user experience. I don't have anything to share right now, but as soon as I do, I'll post it here.

    Does that work?

    Hi Thomas,

That's fine - I know you're working on it - just wanted to make sure my pain points & suggestions for improvement where a bit more thought out.

And a slightly more serious issue that just occurred.

Select a scheduled task and execute.
Go away - do something else.
    Search on a scheduled task.
    Select that task to execute.

Now both scripts have executed (the hidden one that was previously selected and not shown in the search results) and the one you currently selected).
