Scalr sets tags on AWS/EC2, but doesn't do so for CloudStack. This would be an awesome addition, and I'm wondering why it doesn't exist.
I'm considering adding this feature as it would be quite helpful to me.

Last time we checked storage API we couldn't make tags work.
    We will check it again.

I am using the latest CloudStack (4.4.1) and am able to add tags to instances and to storage volumes using the web UI, which uses the CloudStack API, so it should work.
Let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Actually, looks like the API to use for adding any tags in cloudstack is:
So storage API should not be relevant, except possibly to determine the resourceids.

Thank you for the report. We'll add tags sometime.
