email notifications to include role name

A suggestion about email notices (e.g. scale ups and scale downs)

it would be nice to include the name of the role that is being upscaled in the subject or at least in the body of the message

    one more "nice-to-have" suggestion on the events:

    i think both mysqldump and data snapshots have the same email title.

    would be nice if they were differentiated.
