Snapshotting no longer using the --no-reboot option?

Wondering if there was a change made to the Scalr backend... I used to be able to create new snapshots of my instances on the fly with no downtime, but now I am noticing whenever I create a new snapshot, Scalr (or AWS) reboots the instance before taking the snapshot, which results in some down time.

This appears to be new behavior, but is there a way to setup Scalr to create snapshots using the --no-reboot option, which I know is available via the AWS CLI?

PV images snapshot works the same. HVM images require a reboot. Previously (2-3 years ago) we've used --no-reboot option, but it leads to broken images most of the time, so we decided to use reboot version because it safer and guarantee the successful outcome.

P.S. You can use CLI to create an image with no reboot and if AMI is fine you can add it back to Scalr and use in existing roles.
