Where should I configure backup rotation policy in mysql server?
I remember and some screenshot in documentation shows* some settings about "backup rotation", but I can't find them in Database tab of the farm-role, I'm missing something?

We don't rotate backups. You can configure S3 bucket in AWS console to automatically do this for you.

Oh, thanks Igor, I know the feature Lifecycle of a bucket, I'll go with that. Is there something similar for EBS snapshots?

Not yet, but we're actively developing reclamation policies and garbage collection that will allow you to setup rotation policies for EBS Snapshots. No ETA at this point.

    Igor

Hi Igor, is there any update on the development of the garbage collector? Is there a way to automatically remove old snapshots created by mysql backup?
