Temporary disable Scalr management for a FARM

Reading some old discussion I understand that the only way to remove a host from scalr management is to ask it through e ticket and is a manual operation that only scalr support can do. I'd like to know if this is still true or some improvement has been made in this field.
On the Management interface
https://my.scalr.com/#/account/environments
I see the command "Scalr Management = ACTIVE | SUSPENDED", is this something related?

Thanks in advance,
L

There is no way to disable management for FARM. We can turn off the whole account, but not a farm.

Suspended environment won't be auto-scaled or automatically synchronized with cloud, but still will react on changes in UI or inside the VM (like reboot or suspend)

    Regards,
