Lost disk

Hi guys can you look into an issue we have ASAP please.

This postgress server has lost a disk '19484767-...-88399fc5d815' i also need to find out why the disk was lost.

    It looks like you have this problem fixed and now server works normally.

    Hi, its still not fixed yet, we attached the drive back but this is the slave, the other says promoting?

    Whats important is why this happened for our report.

    Currently, there is only one PostgreSQL server, stucked in Resuming. Because of this error: postgres: max_wal_senders must be less than max_connections
    You can fix it, and restart Scalarizr, which will bring Slave back into Running.

    Another option is to terminate this server, and Scalr will launch new Master.

    Hi Mark,

    Can you please check logs in AWS CloudTrail? Was it API call to detach or not. There is a possible case when volumes got detached by Amazon for maintenance reasons. But would be great to check who actually sent a detach volume API call.

    I installed ColudTrail after the event so I don’t have logs for that.
