Hello

in the past two days we had various DNS issues.
May you have any information what happened with the Scalr nameservers and/or what can we expect in the future?
Please advise,

best,

    Hi Michael,

Can you please provide some information abut issues that you had? All our NS servers are being monitored and there were not any issues detected over the past many weeks.

    Regards,
    Igor

    sure,

    the

    - review.onemainframe.com
    - phpmyadmin.onemainframe.com

hosts were unaccessible (dns timeout) several times on and off in the past days.

It's working at the moment but we have been worried that something might be off in the scalr DNS servers, since we are using Scalr for this domain and for all hostnames:

    NS1.SCALR.NET
    NS2.SCALR.NET
    NS3.SCALR.NET
    NS4.SCALR.NET

    Hey Michael,

We've reviewed our monitoring reports and there was no any issues or delays with our NS servers. We're checking connectivity to them from 2 points in US as well as 1 from EU (Requesting zone with 30 seconds TTL every 35 seconds).

We also have no reports from other customers about any issues with their DNS zones. Is there any chance that it was a connectivity issues between your network and our NS servers?

    Regards,
    Igor
