We need a tiny bit of support please

A while ago Scalr had a bug and created lots of extra EC2 instances on our accounts.

We have only today gotten time to go through everything and shut them down.

Along the way, we lost two websites, and because it's nearly 6AM and coming into Saturday morning, I really need some help.

    Sorry, a sentence was left out of the above.

    We cannot gain access to my.scalr.net and neither can we gain access to the billing section to update our card.

    Could you please change the records in your scalr DNS for these domains, so they point back to the original instances that were running before you had the bug where scalr restarted everything and launched extra instances.

    Please help..

    And I'm not a robot. Although your telephone numbers are all answered by robots :-(
