we created a Ubuntu 16.04 image and Scalr is not able to connect to the self hosted Scalr server and therefore e,g, dont add the Scalr key.

ERROR - scalarizr.app - 403 Client Error: Forbidden for url: https://scalr.domain.com/query-env/2015-04-10/get-global-config?operation=get-global-config&version=2015-04-10

Ubuntu 16.04: scalarizr 5.1.3
Ubuntu 14.04: scalarizr 4.10.2

Both images are running the same version of the package:

# dpkg -l scalarizr scalarizr-openstack
| Status=Not/Inst/Conf-files/Unpacked/halF-conf/Half-inst/trig-aWait/Trig-pend
|/ Err?=(none)/Reinst-required (Status,Err: uppercase=bad)
||/ Name Version Architecture Description
ii scalarizr 4.10.2-1 amd64 The full stack of scalarizr
ii scalarizr-openstack 4.10.2-1 amd64 no description given

Any idea why and how this is happening? With a 14.04 image we dont have that problem.

Many Thanks

    Okay, forget the previous error message. It was from a different date (when the image was scalarized).

    What I see in the User-Data from the Scalarizr daemon (/var/log/scalarizr_update.log) is that it gets its farm key, but its not saving it in the authorized_keys of root.

    Any ideas?

    The user data are also available in /var/lib/scalarizr/cloud/instance/user-data.txt.
