Hi,

we hereby kindly ask you to shut down the scalr account for adlogica.
I didn't find this feature in the my account menu.
starting with today we would like our account to be closed and billing to be stopped.

thank you for your support!

    Hi Gabriel,

Just login into your scalr account, and on Billing page, click "Cancel subscription"

    Regards,

    Hi Igor,
in my account, I have only settings and no 'billing' option or page. I see only 'api access', 'security', 'settings' and 'logout' menus.
Our scalr account was created by Ram in 2014 but he's no longer with us for a while. I am the engineering manager in adlogica and hereby confirm we want to stop scalr subscription. tx in advance for your support.
    regards,
    gabriel
