I just started my trial account and am trying to create my first Farm. But the Farm menu seems to be missing! Please help

    You can always find all menu options under the Scalr icon in the top left corner.

    After you have opened the Farm list, you can click on the pin icon to make it stay on the top "bookmarks" menu.

    If you can see the screen shot attached you'll see that I have selected the
    Scalr icon in the top left corder, and that there is no item for Farm in
    that list. Thus my starting this conversation.

    Hi Craig,

    There is no attachments in this ticket, but have you followed our getting started guide? I see you've added cloud credentials, now you need to link them to the Environment (you have created Amazon one) and then switch to this environment by clicking corresponding icon in the top right menu.

    I am following the tutorial. I believe I have correctly configured my
    credentials. Still no menu. Hopefully the attachments work here.

    Based on the screenshots, it looks like you did not hit "save" after linking the credentials. When all is ok, you should see the AWS icon in the environment to the left.

    When all that is done, you need to enter the environment scope (blue) by picking your environment under the icon that looks like a circle with dots in the top menu.

    That's the trick! No where in the 5 Minutes Walkthrough Adding EC2
    Credentials [
     -> ->]
    or in the beginning of the tutorial does it ask to to make sure you're in
    the environment scope. Doh!

    Hi Craig,

    The referenced sections of the documentation do not reference the Environment Scope as they pertain to configuring Cloud Credentials within the Account Scope. Documentation for Farms and the beginner 3-Tier app tutorial do appropriately reference Environment Scope when using the Farm Designer. We will be closing this ticket as resolved. Let us know if you have any troubles or questions moving forward.
