"Connection error" in extended instance information

On all of my instances, when I view extended information, I see these "Connection error" messages (see attached screen shot).

    Hi Kevin,
    Can you confirm that the problem still persists for now? I could not find such server.

    Sorry, that was a bad server to pick (it goes away every night). Server ID cdc74514-3871-441e-8ed7-6fddc407a0b9 has the same issue. Actually ALL my servers appear to have the same issue. Maybe my scalr.ip-pool security group is misconfigured? I've attached them as well.

    Sorry, attached the wrong file! This is the correct one with my scalr.ip-pool ingress rules.

    Please verify if you are able to connect to https://monitoring-graphs.scalr.net from your local machine.

    Indeed I can, with a 403 error.

    Appears to be a local issue; I can see the graphs just fine when using the console from another network.
