More 500 Server errors

Since Scalr hiccup on July 19, we have been seeing an increased number of Internal 500 errors. Traffic has been really down in response. Seems tied to outage but it may not be.

    Hi John,

    I don't see any issues with your deployment related to July 19 event. Without any details, we cannot really investigate specifics. Have you checked your logs to find out the cause of these 500?

    Thanks Igor, I’ll dive into them and see what we see.

    Also…I requested a site audit from you folks but haven’t heard anything back. Was wondering if I instigated it properly.
