Urgent: host duplicated

15 minutes ago we was reactivating our account from an expired trial and we got all three hosts from the only farm we have (22928) duplicated and in some way the old hosts exists (from ec2 console) but not in Scalr console.

Example:
- old host i-6f432ee5 - new host i-9034d41d

What's happening?

    I'm manuallly fixing detaching EBS volumes from old hosts to new hosts started for the error previously posted. But this seems to me a serius bug, please investigate what's happened and let me know. We have only dev-hosts here until now, but this could have been a serius issue if happened on production

    These servers were affected by incident https://scalr-wiki.atlassian.net/wiki/display/docs/2016/07/19/Hoste... but they actually disappeared from Scalr only for now when account was reactivated.

    We can return old running servers back to Scalr and terminate replacements which were started recently.

    Please confirm.

    no thank you, I've already restored services moving the EBS volume back to the new host.

    I've read about the bug, I'm surprised can happen many days after, it was a bug on the scalarizr?

    You've got some kind of frozen issue, because at the time of the incident your account was expired. This has no relations to Scalarizr. Thank you for the report.

    hope the new QA environment can limit such issues.
    Having some public KPI about the CI pipeline could be interesting for customers like us, that rely on Scalr for their business
