Scalr lost all servers [same problem here]

Hi there,

scalr lost all servers, autoscaling bringing up new ones on AWS introducing additional cost. Also all servers - even though up - got removed from ELBs making our system unavailable. Only thing we could do was revoke the AWS access key because Scalr was constantly messing up manual changes we did to overcome the problem.

Do you have any ETA when this problem will be fixed?

You guys are hard to reach, please get in touch once you fixed the issue to discuss next steps.

    Hi Bastian,

    As communicated, Scalr experienced a critical error this morning as detailed here:

    At this point, we have completed automated recovery of all impacted Servers. If you are experiencing any remaining impact to your service, please re-open this ticket, or create a new one and we will put you in direct contact with our engineering team to resolve the outstanding issues.

    Thank you for your patience and collaboration in helping to address this issue.  We will send a final report on the problem soon.
